Our new type simple economic coal gasifier furnace is redesigned and modified based on working principle of big coal gasifier. The temperature can be adjusted by adjusting the valve of fan and air. and upto 1400°C. 2 or 3 sets of such coal gasifier can be used together so that reach to the capacity of very big coal gasifier. Coal consumption is 400kg to 1000kg per 24 hours. Usually, each coal charge can run at least 8 hours. if 270kg is charged per 8 hour, the temperature can be 1400°C; if 200kg coal charged per 8 hour, the temperature can be 1100 °C. In addition, this furnace is equipped with only 2.2kw fan. Not only the coal consumption is much less, the electricity consumption is also less.
The new simple economic hot coal gasifier furnace is safety, very easy operation, save both coal and electricity, almost zero maintenance cost, no pollution, and very cheap. A very remarkable advantage is the coal tar can be fully burned and enhance cost efficiency. The coal can be saved 30%. Each coal charge can run 8 hours. Warm wet ash removal method doesn’t generate dust, so the environment is clean.
The new type hot coal gasifier is good to use for tunnel kiln, annealing kiln, flame reverse kiln, rotary kiln, lime kiln and any other fire-non-stop kiln.
